I think they have been set up. I think the registrar has effectively reserved the best name for themselves, and I am not convinced that all the big ticket sales we have seen to date are entirely genuine. Yes, the cash transfers will have been verified, but it is always impossible to know for what purpose exactly the cash has been transferred.
