Hi LeaseThis and welcome!

First of all i hope you are successful with your new venture.
Assuming that you will be as i understand this was given much thought and alot of planning,
which brings me to my biggest concern.

Why the leasing rates are so low? aren't you worry of setting the industries standard to low rates where it may be extremely difficult to later change ones becomes the 'standard' (on similar name 'levels' obviously.)

Also, what if you get a serious client looking for a 1-5 and even 10+ year lease...how do you plan to accommodate these?
