don't fall into these "idn.idns" they only work with the plug-in from the selling company - that's it. they are doomed to be in trash. read: worthless.
it's not a secret, mulligan, they just state that it's not defined yet, too many complications are not solved yet, when the date is settled - they would probably advertise it a lot or at least after the sunrise. but again, with Russia it's always a mess.
