I would be wary of those that claim to be buying for charity. It seems to be a common tactic amongst low-ball scumbags. Although, I guess you were happy with the offer.

Not long ago, I get a bid for a 3 word ascii mobi and I replied with an offer for a ridiculous sum as domainers are conditioned to do. I thought that would be the end of it. But the guy took the time to write a 3 paragraph sob-story about how he was going to donate money to a certain charity related to the name... that charity happened to tug at my heartstrings, and we end up closing for about $900 or thereabouts. For a THREE WORD .MOBI.
This is insanity.
