That is one perspective, but operating in the Black has only been an option for about the last 12 months or so and then only to the lucky few. The big winners here will have operated in the Red for years, even TDC and the Snows. In my book those that are not prepared to go significantly into the Red at this stage of the game just lack any concept of what this game is really about. Obviously it is sensible to increase your exposure by generating revenue, but trying to run a balanced book at this stage is pure cowardice. And the reward for that is failure.
