To be honest this is a good sign... as it might open the browser market beyond versions of IE6 (e.g. The World browser)... as we all know this is the type of thing that is "bundled".
Also people might learn that their is a life outside of windows operating system for servers - the prevalence of MS servers in China is a major pain in the butt.
I personally would love to see Firefox, Safari or Opera take a larger share of the market in this area...
