ипотеки.net In Russian, coupled with .net extension, it's a grammatically correct word play meaning "No Mortgage" or something to the extent "I don't have a mortgage". Many russian sites use meaning of .net as "no" in Russian for that purpose. Besides, ипотеки could be a stand alone (not as widely used as singular form) word unlike, for example, "кредита".
Would work great for educational financial/mortgage site. about 200.000/month Yandex Google Trends: ипотеки Offers welcome. P.S. The same principle as in кредита.net -taken by a russian. .com does not make much sense here (it's not a stand alone word) but .net plays out perfectly.
