England striker (soccer) Wayne Rooney has won the right to use his own name as a website address from an actor who bought it years before the player shot to fame.
The soccer star launched a legal battle with welsh actor Huw Marshall over rights to internet domain waynerooney.com. The United Nations World Intellectual Property Organisation decided Marshall acted in bad faith and ordered him to hand it over. Source: local London paper I found on a train ![]()
