So the rollout is:

English final for manual DL

then individual countries or batches of countries phased in between now and Nov 1

then I guess an English AU

then individual countries AU



and as long as they do all this before year end, they've hit their target of last qtr.

Microsoft puts its Blog up at 4:52 pm their time...that timing seems strange.
I think they had to quickly react to Yahoo "jumping the gun" a bit here, as reported by PCWorld.
