It's the way it deals with iframes that causes the problem.

That seems to have cured it. Before if one tab froze, I couldn't close it down and the system would often lock up entirely. It seemed to be impossible for IE7 to attempt two operations at once. That seems to have been cured.

I was wondering if they were holding back the roll-out due to certain problems. Perhaps they will start applying the foot to the gas now!

Might have caused a bunch of people to decide it was too slow and downgrade back to IE6

Or finally try Firefox
