As China's online population grows, so does the reach of online advertising in that country.
Speaking to Business Week, OgilvyOne's China president, Chris Reitermann, noted that many brands were upping their internet advertising spend and engaging in more widespread Marketing on the net.
"The internet is ... becoming more important for lots of brands," he said. "Some clients of ours have spent about 30 per cent of their media budget online. Those clients, maybe five years ago, spent three to four per cent. You definitely see a huge trend towards the internet."
