Yes, they are good, not only because I own goiânia.net
Goiânia is one of the biggest cities in Brasil. 3 million people, I think. The only issue is that it's not a very developed city like Brasilia or São Paulo.

Legislação is also very good. It's something like "the laws". Very good for a law portal. (also plural doesn't makes much sense)

Was not sure if you speak Portuguese, that's why I replied in English.
