Well, i thought McDonald eatin is a fake steriotype.

I stopped eating at McDonalds ever since i went past mid-20s. I can't understand how it is possible to maintain a average BMI by eating at McDonalds even thrice a week.

And i remembered the hamburger i saw in America when i went to orlando disney was twice the size of the big mac i saw at home.

And then the Coke Light - i stopped that as well last year - i realized it's giving me a headache - and maybe cancer if i continue for a few more years. I know many ppl in the West drink coke or Sprite Light, any thoughts on that?

Yeh, it's the caffeine plus dunno what drugs inside. I got withdrawal symtomes when i stopped taking Coke Light. One trick wihch might work is to substitute for low sugar Coffee or Japanese green tea (the one wihtout sugar).

Most American Soft Drinks are deadly. The Acidity alone will erode your teeth. The phosphates content will remove calcium from your bones but the sweetners are by far the worst:

If you must drink Coca Cola products, then stick to the full sugar variety. Believe it or not, it is a lot more healthy.

BTW, if i am not mistaking...(heard this when in india)...Limca from coca cola is ONLY sold in India since its practically poison in a bottle and no other country would sell it
