I can't found out myself if he is mocking Verising or talking serious. He might have a point with .info, thought. These are his rules:

He's being sarcastic.
It's a jab at ICANN who are about to sign new contracts with org/biz/info that allow them to increase reg prices even though the cost of everything else that is computer based goes down over time.
