Default How to have a domain name taken from you

Do you really own your domain name?

I mean, after hosting, they go to the registrars....

It's disturbing but it's called "the threat of getting sued" so though I don't particularly like godaddy, I don't blame them. Frankly I don't think that there is a domain registrar out there that wouldn't have done pretty much the same thing under that pressure.
