Yesterday I heard an ad on the radio for domaininvesting dot com. This is from their website:

DotVentures is dedicated to developing online real estate through domain name acquisition and content marketing. (blogs, press releases and forums)

We develop online real estate by acquiring valuable domain names and turning them into appreciable assets. During the development phase, we leverage the domains inherent marketing value to interested advertisers willing to lease or purchase the real estate sometime in the future. Each project is thoroughly researched and deemed as "prime real estate." After a domain is "targeted", Investors and businesses can purchase these domain names at various stages of the development process."

Sounds like a sales pitch for a real estate investment club or currency trading outfit.
