IDN spanish domains

Anyone here speak spanish?
I registered a few spanish IDN, but I would like to know if spanish people use or not accented letters (and also which characters).

And... are there differences between Mexicans, Argentinos, Spanish, Chilenos and so on?
It seems to me that the majority of hispanic people in USA doesn't use the accents. Am I wrong or not?

Yes, there are HUGE differences. Car for instance is Carro, Automovil, Coche, etc...
About the accents, yes it is true to some extend and it depends on the words. They all use ~ on words with ñ, but almost none uses vídeo on video...
