I was testing the UTF-8 search. You might try lowering the minimum search terms to 2, since a lot of Chinese and Japanese terms may only be two characters.

Another thing, you might also set the default "Message Editor Interface" option for everyone to "Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls."

Thanks - it's great - I love it.

You should seriously consider increasing the quota of PMs allowed to something like 500 or 1,000. 50 PMs just isn't enough.
