no other choice that to complaint to the competent authorities by
contravening the existing European legislation on trademarks and domains in Internet.

I am sorry... 000 is just like *** or xxx I just didn't want to reveal the real url, but I can tell you it's a relative big site in Spain. The other day was featured on Tv and I got $50 from NameDrive in 24h, lol.

Call their bluff and opt for just one panelist. If you do that the charges are all down to them so there really is no risk. Don't discuss money unless they make an offer and then only tell what you paypal account is.
