Yeah, this is no big deal for them, compared to what they just saved from Yahoo buyout.

They cannot afford it in the sense that survive as a company they need to refocus on producing products and services in cost effective and non-threatening way. Microsoft seems to look at life as one massive Machiavellian game. For them it is all about power.

Apple is winning the game because they are about products. The inspire people. They compete in healthy way. People do not feel there is an agenda in the way they do with Microsoft.

I would never use MSN not because it is not good enough, because it is not, but because I would always feel that in some way my though processes were being subverted.
