In general I can't say much about Indonesian domain community as this is rather new things for most of us. But some people with an "eye" for the future benefits of domaining are start to build their own domain portfolio, mostly are in for non-IDN names. Here's the link for registering .id domain since the IdNic was being killed by the government: https://register.net.id/

Probably not the right place but bearing in mind the name maybe it is.
