Seems as though this is being done on a ad-hoc basis. Big commitments of time from GAC on IDN, as yet nothing from the GNSO. Not sure how to interpret that. My guess is that the Agendas relating to GNSO workload have not been submitted as yet. It could also be interpreted that the focus is still to get iccTLDs into the Root.
