資料回復.com is correct in T-Chinese.
and when DataRecovery.com sold, I have post 資料回復.com is available to register at another forum.
but, I check it not HIGH OVT at TW Yahoo!

数据恢复.com seems to be the best one and it's Tradicional version (數據恢復) is a variant, right? It was a drop last year and belongs to idninvestors now.

A very popular term. Simplified Chinese is 数据恢复, Traditional Chinese is 數據恢復
already taken in most main extensions..

I think 数据恢复 is correct in S-Chinese.

in S-Chinese used 数据 mean data, T-Chinese used 資料 mean data.
恢复 and 回復 are same mean recovery, just S-Chinese and T-Chinese diffrent.

数据救援 -> 2,610 <- free
数据回复 -> 15,300 <- free

Chinese T
資料恢復 -> 13,200 –> taken since 2000
數據修復 - 3,780 <- just taken
資料修復 - 8,400 <- free
數據回復 - 1,110 <- free

資料回復 is definitely the stronger term in Taiwan. (looking on yahoo 80+% of pages are Taiwan)

In Hong Kong i hear both 數據恢復 and 資料回復 used. While i would say 資料 to refer to data by itself, in other (combination) words i would use 數據. i.e. 數據壓縮, 數據接口..

But yes, both can be used/understood.
