Hi all from Boca. Most interested in asian languages, but dabble a tiny bit in spanish, portuguese, italian. Well OK, actually I own only one italian name and may not renew it. Don't get me wrong I love Italy, but the asian markets seem to be less mature and less saturated.

Well time is running out. Once IE 7 is released probably in next 2 to 4 weeks, the IDN market will change out of all recognition. With browser support many large companies will enable IDN Urls that are currently on ice creating instant content. Browser will rapidly become aware that domains in local characters work just the same as the Latin ones ever did. If you are serious about investing, don't hang around. Imagine you are back in 1997 and invest accordingly.

Well put. But then again you've been a pioneer in this area. I was running a webserver back in late 1994, but somehow I was never aware of IDNs until this year - can you believe it? But it seems like there's still opportunities galore for those willing to invest some time and effort.
