Tony Piazza plays for the Mets
He is a great baseball player, but occasionally he is a huge embarrassment. Just like me. My name is Miguel. I read books by Benoît Mandelbrot & Ilya Prigozhin. Not a big deal. Just trying to make a living. Ilya was a friend. But generations and worlds apart. I had a stint at York U, somewhere in U.K. I needed a translator, 'cause I could never understand what the hell they were saying. Benoît offered to be my translator (his language is French!). I live in NYC, 500 feet away from what used to be WTC2. I had a lot of friends in that building. All my friends at Cantor Fitzgerald are gone gone. We used to crack jokes about the Irish brokers who would go on vacation and come back as fried lobsters. They were all Irish kids who never had a chance on that fateful day. I hope they get a lot of sun where they are now. I need to occupy myself with something totally foolish so I won't go totally nuts. IDN does the trick. |

Why do you post with multiple accounts, use different proxies per account (while those different accounts are associated with domains which share the same whois info), etc? You go to an awful lot of trouble to create confusion as to your real identity, and on top of that you usually are unable to be nice to people and refrain from making racist remarks.
I have caught you posting on numerous occasions from proxies in India, California, etc. But sometimes you forget to cover your tracks and you post from the Forbes network in NYC - croutons.forbes.net (IP 63.240.4.2). Yes, and you do write a convincingly knowledgeable financial post and web page. Perhaps we should be in contact with the top Forbes management or ownership regarding your activities from the corporate network. You have signed up to IDNForums with such email addresses as olney_is_an_assohole@yahoo.com and olney_is_an_assole@yahoo.com, always trying to create just a little bit of confusion with spelling variations, etc. And then there is the issue of you trying to project your troublemaking onto those who would call you out - for example creating a username for yourself "SciFi" after my ISP's domain and one of my email addresses. Yes, I believe you do have issues. If you lost many friends and were deeply affected by 11.09.2001 then maybe you should seek professional help. Playing mind games with domain name investors isn't going to get you far. . |

The following is a nonsense:
"You have signed up to IDNForums with such email addresses as lney_is_an_assohole@yahoo.com and olney_is_an_assole@yahoo.com, always trying to create just a little bit of confusion with spelling variations, etc." Never used those names! I suspect that I'm being perceived as a knowledgeable & shrewd investor. That might be the problem. |

Yes, I have proof that you did. You want me to drag it out into public, along with your network of sites and some other extremely interesting information?
Or do you just want to accept that you are caught, say sorry for past behavior and promise to behave better now? Denial when you are caught red-handed is not the best option to look out for your future interests, if you want to remain associated with the IDN community. The people here are the same ones at IDNForums, so don't think you can come over here and start to pull the same confusion and attack BS. We know who you are and how you operate. Like I told you, start to behave and we may eventually learn to like you. . |

A number of portfolio performance metrics were developed by Harry Markowitz. His Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) is directly applicable to DN portfolios as an investment class.
Several of the large DN portfoilios that traded for hundreds of millions of dollars were dynamically tested & priced using the widely accepted methods. Those approaches are here to stay. And the screamers who use mommie's allowance to invest will go the way of Dodo. ![]() |
