Romanians should be. In the worst case, since you speak the language, you can develop adn conquer the search engine results in Romania.

The only problem that the Romanian market and popular forums just like softpedia.com ( In case you didn't knew, softpedia is a Romanian website ) are full of 14 - 15 years old kids that all they know to do is to criticize you even if you have a good domain or a bad domain. They don't know to appreciate the real value of the domain name. I am not saying now that my domains are worth millions ( I wish ), but I want them to be fair, but they do not understand, that is why I hate the Romanian market.

I wouldn't let the opinions of 15 year olds deter me from investing in a certain language market. But what you say rings true as I've encountered similar attitude towards domains [esecially idn] in Greek tech forums as well.
